Learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that the present Applicant had approached this Court for quashment of the first information report bearing Crime No. 160 of 2019 registered with Nerual Police Station for the offences punishable under Section 354 of IPC and during the pendency of the Application the investigation was completed and charge-sheet came to be filed before the Court below. As the Applicant was advised to avail the remedy under law namely, filing of an application for seeking discharge and as such the Counsel is orally instructed to withdraw the present Umesh Malani
