Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner on instruction seeks liberty to withdraw this writ petition on the ground that the RTS Appeal No. 78 of 2021 filed by the respondent no.2 has been decided by the Authority and the amount of compensation has been deposited in the account of the petitioner. According to the learned counsel, writ petition does not survive.
