By an order dated 27.9.2017, the Applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to attend the Investigating Officer on the stipulated dates to join the process of investigation. The learned APP on instructions, submitted that the Applicant has complied with the directions issued by this Court.

In view of the allegations made in the First Information report and the statement of another minor girl, according to this Court, for further investigation of the present crime, the custodial

Interim relief dated 27.9.2017 is hereby confirmed. However, the Applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer as and when called for between 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. and to join the process of investigation till the submission of the charge sheet/Final Report.

Application is allowed in aforesaid terms.
