DATED : 10th OCTOBER, 2022 P.C:- I see no legal infirmity in the impugned order passed by the Special Judge under POCSO Act on 29/6/2022 below Exhibit-22, thereby rejecting the prayer for releasing the applicant on cash bail in lieu of surety as there are chances of she absconding. The applicant who was released on bail on 15/12/2020 despite the condition being modified and she was permitted to submit one local surety and other resident of Kalyan, she has not been able to arrange for the sureties. Hence, she cannot be released on cash bail.

Application is rejected.
