Incharge of the FSL, Kalina is directed to expedite the FSL report in this case expeditiously and in any case within a period of three weeks from today. FSL, Kalina should forward the report to Wadala Police Station. The Incharge of Wadala Police Station after receipt of the report shall produce the same in the Trial Court. 5.

Hearing of the case is expedited. Learned Judge is directed to dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of production of the FSL report.
