Parties to the application have resolved the dispute and agreed to file an application for dissolution of marriage by mutual consent in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad where the husband has filed H.M.P. No. 64 of 2018 for restitution of conjugal rights.

In this view of the matter, Parties shall appear before Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad on 11.06.2019 and file application for dissolution of marriage by mutual consent. 3.

Learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Osmanabad shall verify the contents of such an application, if filed on 11th June 2019 and adjourn the hearing to a date convenient to applicant's wife.
