At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants seeks leave to amend the applications. Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith.

By these applications, the applicants seek extension of time of eight weeks to hand over an amount of Rs.6 crores to the Respondent No.2/Original Complainant.

Learned Counsel for the applicants states that the learned counsel for the Respondent No.2/Original Complainant, has been handed over a demand draft of Rs.3.55 crores and two post-dated cheques dated 6th October, 2019 for Rs.1.45 crores and 1 crore respectively. Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2/Original Complainant, acknowledges receipt of the same. Learned Counsel for the Respondent No.2/Original Complainant, has no objection, if time is extended upto 6th October, 2019. Accordingly, time is extended utp 6th October, 2019, to make the balance payment of
3/3 Rs.2.45 crores.

Applications are accordingly allowed and disposed of, on the aforesaid terms.
