This Petition challenges an interim order passed by the Industrial Court at Thane. Considering the fact that during the pendency of this Petition, suitable work has been offered by the Petitioner to the Respondent-employee, which the latter has accepted, the Petitioner does not press the present Petition. The question of back wages etc. can be considered at the hearing of Complaint (ULP) No.31 of 2014 under M.R.T.U & P.U.L.P. Act, 1971, pending before the Industrial Court at Thane. Learned Counsel for the Respondent-employee states that his complaint against the Petitioner herein, namely, Misc. Complaint (ULP) No.48 of 2014, filed before the Labour Court at Thane, complaining of a breach of the interim order, shall not be pressed by him. The statement is accepted.
