This is an application for cancellation of anticipatory bail granted to respondent No.2 in C.R.No.36/2013 registered with Thane Nagar Police Station by the Additional Sessions Judge, Thane in Anticipatory Bail Application No.746/2013 by its Order dated 16.04.2013. 2.

The learned Counsel appearing for respondent No.2 on instructions submitted that in the present case the police have already completed the investigation and the trial has already been commenced. That the Trial Court has already framed charge-sheet.

In view of the decision of this Court in the case of Priyanka Pakvasa vs. Sameer Pakvasa and Anr. in Criminal Application No.733/2014 in ABA No.1785/2014 dated 25.01.2016 the present application for cancellation of bail on merits after filing of charge-sheet does not survive and is accordingly disposed off.
