By this civil application, the applicants seek condonation of delay of 126 days in filing civil application and prays for restoration of the civil application which is dismissed for want of compliance of the order dated 10th April,2018 passed by the learned Registrar (JudicialII). 2.

Learned counsel appearing for the applicants states that the copy of the civil application shall be served upon the respondents within two weeks from today. Statement is accepted as and by way of undertaking to this court. If the copy is not served within the time prescribed, order passed by this court today to stand vacated without further reference to court.
