The learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that on account of certain subsequent developments in the matter, the petition needs to be amended and instead of making substantial amendments in this petition, she seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a separate petition.

Since the writ petition has appeared on the Board for the first 1/2

- 2 - WP 10109 of 2015 time and no notice has been issued to the Respondents, we, therefore, allow the Petitioner to withdraw the writ petition. Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed and it is accordingly disposed of.
