On hearing the parties, we are inclined to dispose of the present petition as the learned Assistant Government Pleader on instructions makes a statement that the Board is required to submit the details/information as per the format which is handed over to the learned counsel appearing for the Board. The statement is that the Board will submit the information in the format within a period of two weeks. 2.

In view of this and also in view of para 5 of the affidavit dated 24 April 2015 filed by Shri Digambar Sonusing Rajput Deputy

Rng 2 Secretary, Labour Department, we are inclined to dispose of this petition. After the information is supplied the respondent no.2 to take a decision as early as possible and preferably within a period of four weeks thereafter and in accordance with law. As the issue is old there would be no further extension of time for taking the said decision. Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
