Ltd .... Appellant V/s.

Ravindra Agarwal and anr .... Respondents Mr. A. M. Sarogi, for the Appellant.

CORAM : DR. SHALINI PHANSALKAR-JOSHI, J.

DATE : 27TH SEPTEMBER, 2016.

P.C. :

1.

The only grievance in these three appeals is that the trial Court has not passed any order on the Notice of Motion even after the 1/2 43 AOST 25512.doc

parties were heard substantially thereon. It is submitted that the matters are simpliciter adjourned to 29th August, 2016 for filing written statement by defendant No.1, and hence it is urged that the trial Court be directed to hear the parties and pass order on the Notice of Motion. 2.

Considering the limited prayer made in these appeals, appeals are disposed of with direction to the trial Court to hear Notice of Motion and decide it, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of 12 weeks from the date of this order. 3.

In view of disposal of Appeals, Civil Applications are disposed of accordingly.
