The Petitioner is challenging the order, dated 2nd November, 2004 passed by the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. There is a gross delay of almost about 12 years in filing this petition. In our view, this delay of 12 years cannot be condoned, as no sufficient cause been shown. The contention of the Petitioner that on account of matrimonial dispute Petitioner could not approach this Court in time, is without any substance. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed and is accordingly disposed of.
