When this court was not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the Petitioner applied for withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to pursue their remedy before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Pune in S.A.No.150/2016. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs.

At this stage, the learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that ad-interim protection granted by order dated 22.12.2016 passed by this court (Coram : Anoop V. Mohta and A. S. Gadkari, JJ.) may be Basavraj Gurappa Patil continued for a period of two weeks. The learned counsel for the Respondent has no objection for the same.
