The applicant came to be arrested in Crime No. 214 of 2020 registered at Silvassa police station for the offence punishable under Section 419, 420, 468, 471, 120-B of Indian Penal Code. 3.
According to the prosecution through online transaction the amount of Rs. 56,50,000/- were fraudulently withdrawn from current bank account of J.K. packaging firm. During the course of investigation the alleged fraud was found to be committed by the present applicant and other co-accused.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is no evidence to connect the present applicant with the alleged crime. It is MJ Jadhav 1 / 2
1-BA-3767-21.odt submitted that the applicant is in jail for about two years and his further detention is not warranted as investigation is over. 5.
The learned standing counsel for the respondent No. 1 submits that charges are already framed. It is submitted that the applicant is involved in two more crimes.

Considering the fact that charges are already framed and as the applicant is involved in two more crimes of similar nature. I am not inclined to release the applicant on bail.

The application is rejected.
