Heard Ms.Pranjali Bhandari, learned counsel for the applicants and Ms.Gita kasturi, learned counsel for respondents no.1 to 3.

This is an application for bringing the legal representatives of respondent Padmakar B. Jape, since deceased, on record after condoning delay of 30 days in filing the application. Respondent died on 5.4.2015 leaving behind the proposed respondents as his legal representatives.

For the reasons stated in the

2 / 2 CAC/ 127 /2016 application which are not controverted, I am satisfied that sufficient cause is made out for condoning the delay. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayers clause (a) and (b) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main C.R.A.

shall be carried out within 14 days from today and amended slip shall be made over to other side.
