The learned Counsel for the appellants state that applicants are desirous for approaching the Authorities for regularization of their structure.

It is not known whether the structures are still in existence. It is open to the appellants, if their structures are still in existence to approach the appropriate authority with a prayer for regularization, which prayer will be considered on its own merits and as per law.

In view of this stand taken by the learned Counsel for the Appellant nothing survives for adjudication. The appeal is disposed of.
