This is an application for condonation of delay of four years and one day in fling the Revision Application against conviction.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant submitted that the applicant was not aware of the fact that his appeal was dismissed by the Sessions Court in May 2015 and it is only at the time of execution of conviction warrant, applicant came to know about said fact.

In view thereof, sufcient cause for condonation of the said delay has been made out. Hence, the delay is condoned.

The application is allowed in terms of prayer Clause (a).
