Considering the submissions made by the Learned Counsel for the applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that applicant has made out case for allowing the Civil Application. Hence, following order :

ORDER

(a) Delay in filing the Civil Application is condoned. (b) Civil Application No.2372 of 2019 and First Appeal (St) No.17501 of 2019 is restored on file for hearing on its own merits. (c) Time to remove office objections as per order dated 08/07/2019, is extended till 07/09/2019.

(d) Liberty is granted to the applicant to file affidavit of service on or before 07/09/2019.
