In Criminal Application No.1287 of 2014, the applicant/original accused no.3 Shabbir Khan has prayed for bail or early final hearing of his appeal. In view of the prayer,

3 APPA 92-15 in APEAL 417-10 @ Other Matters.doc-4 we are fixing his appeal i.e. Criminal Appeal No.454 of 2010 for final hearing on 23/02/2015. Criminal Application No.1287 of 2014 is allowed in above terms.

In Criminal Application No.92 of 2015, the Applicant/original accused no.5 has prayed for bail. As we have fixed the appeal itself for final hearing on 23/02/2015, we are not inclined to consider the prayer for bail at this stage. Hence Criminal Application No.92 of 2015 is disposed of.

Place the above appeals on the final hearing board on 23/02/2015.

Criminal Application No.1287 of 2014 and Criminal Application No.92 of 2015 are disposed of.
