Learned A.P.P, on instructions, states that if the Police of the L. T. Marg Police Station intends to arrest the applicant, on the complaint of Pravinkumar Sampat Raj Jain, they shall give 72 hours prior notice to the applicant. The said statement is accepted. 2.

In view of the statement made by the learned A.P.P, learned Counsel for the applicant does not press this application and seeks leave to withdraw the same.
