This Miscellaneous Civil Application filed under Section 24 Civil Procedure Code is for re-transfer of B.C.C.C. Suit No. 107075 of 2005 which stands transferred from this Court to the Bombay City Civil Court. Ms. Pandey, learned Advocate appearing for respondent no.1 states that, she has no objection to the transfer.

Suit No. 107075 of 2005 and High Court Suit No. 308 of 1998 and High Court Suit No. 229 of 2006 are common and as such they need to be heard together. In view of the above position, the Miscellaneous Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
