According to us, the dispute is entirely a private dispute between the Petitioners and the 1st Respondent. The Petitioners' SHEPHALI SANJAY MORMARE Date: 2022.02.02 15:26:51 +0530 claim is of nuisance and inconvenience caused allegedly by the 1st Respondent. The Petitioners' remedies in such a situation lie elsewhere.

We decline to entertain the Petition. We reject it but we leave open the liberty to the Petitioners to adopt appropriate civil proceedings including the right to take out a suitable application for interim or ad-interim relief.
