P.C.:- The First Information Report is registered in a Police Station in Dhule- District. Therefore, propriety requires that the Applicants ought to approach Aurangabad Bench of this Court. 2.

We, therefore, direct the registry to return the Application to the Applicants for presenting it to the Aurangabad Bench to enable the Applicants to file the same before the Aurangabad Bench and to move the concerned Bench.
