Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the parties. The prayer in this Application made by the Applicant-wife is for grant of stay to the execution and operation of the Decree of Divorce. 2.

The contention of the learned Counsel for the Respondent is that the Respondent has already remarried.

We accept the said statement made on instruction. At this stage, it is not necessary to decide the issue of illegality or validity of the alleged second marriage of the Respondent.
