Application is taken out for restoration of above Writ Petition. The above Writ Petition was filed seeking direction to respondent Nos. 1 & 2 to furnish the action taken report on the complaint lodged by petitioner with respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and in the alternative respondent Nos. 1 & 2 be directed to prosecute the errant officers. 2.

The main grievance of the petitioner was about investigation into crime No.114 of 2011, registered with Juhu Police Station, was not carried out. The learned APP, on instructions, makes statement that F.I.R. was already investigated and chargesheet has been filed against the 1/2
