Heard the learned counsel for the applicant. The learned counsel for the applicant has brought to my notice that the order dated 31.1.2015 passed by the co ordinate Bench of this court which is at Page 60 of the compilation. By the said order the the trial of the applicant was expedited and the Trial Court was directed to complete the trial on or before 31.8.2015. The learned counsel contends that as of today only 3 witnesses have been examined and the trial has not been completed so far. The learned A.P.P on instructions of the officer present in

2/2 BA-1822-15 court states that the next date of recording of evidence is scheduled on 19.11.2015 and the trial will be completed as early as possible. She further submits that the prosecution will extend all co-operation to the trial court. In view of the above, the learned counsel appearing for the applicant seeks leave to withdraw this application. Leave as prayed for is granted. Application is dismissed as withdrawn.
