The Applicants have deposited the entire decreetal amount with the Reference Court. In view of this, the execution of impugned judgment and award dated 1st April, 2014 is stayed. In our view, the Respondents / original Applicants will have to file a separate application seeking leave of this Court to withdraw the said amount.
