Popalbhat, attached to Vijapur Naka Police Thane, Solapur City, submitted that, after completion of investigation of the present crime, the Police have filed 'C-Summary Report', in the Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class (Court Room No.2), Solapur, on 2nd August, 2021 and the concerned Court has accepted it by its Order dated 28th September, 2021. Photocopy of the said 'C-Summary Report' is filed on record.

(2) In view thereof, present Application for quashing of F.I.R.
