2] Learned counsel for appellant submits that the appellant will be depositing the entire decretal amount in the Tribunal, within four weeks from today. In view, thereof, stay is granted to the execution of the decree till decision of Appeal, subject to condition of the appellant depositing the entire decreetal amount, within four weeks .

3] In case of failure on the part of appellant to deposit the amount within stipulated period, this application shall stand dismissed without further reference to this Court. 4] Application is disposed off accordingly.
