The Committee has cancelled the caste certificate produced by the Petitioner on the ground that the Sub Divisional Officer, Nashik did not possess territorial jurisdiction to issue the said certificate. The Petitioner has been granted liberty to get the caste certificate from the authority i.e. Shindkheda, District Dhule. Petitioner may avail the said recourse.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
