The applicant is the original complainant in C.R. No.720 of 2019. This interim application is preferred for withdrawal of the amount of Rs.2,29,84,200/- (Two Crores Twenty Nine Lakhs Eighty Four Thousand Two Hundred) deposited by applicant in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.2038 of 2019. 2.
Vide order dated 7th April, 2022 passed in Criminal Anticipatory Bail No.2038 of 2019, the applicant therein had agreed to deposit the amount of Rs.2,29,84,200/- (Two Crores Twenty Nine Lakhs Eighty Four Thousand Two Hundred) and
subsequently, the said amount is deposited in this Court. Vide order dated 13th June, 2022 the interim order was confirmed and Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.2038 of 2019 was disposed off.

The parties have executed the terms of settlement. They have also agreed to quash the criminal proceedings as per the terms of settlement. It is agreed between parties that the applicant would be permitted to withdraw the aforesaid amount deposited in this Court. The terms of settlement are annexed to application as Exhibit-E.

Learned Advocate for the original applicant in Criminal Anticipatory Bail No.2038 of 2019 has no objection for withdrawal of the said amount by the complainant. The affidavit of the original applicant is annexed to this application as Exhibit-F. 5.
In the light of the aforesaid circumstances, there is no impediment in allowing this interim application by permitting the complainant to allow the amount of Rs.2,29,84,200/- (Two Crores Twenty Nine Lakhs Eighty Four Thousand Two Hundred) deposited in this Court.
ORDER
i.
Interim Application No.3534 of 2022 is allowed;
ii.
The complainant Ranjit Hemchandra Oak is permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,29,84,200/- (Two Crores Twenty Nine Lakhs Eighty Four Thousand Two Hundred) deposited in this Court in accordance with order dated 7th April, 2022, 5th May, 2022 and 13th June, 2022. iii.
The Interim Application stands disposed off.
