The learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the contempt petition since the parties have settled their disputes amicably before the Apex Court by filing consent terms in Interlocutory Application Nos. 2-3 of 2015 in/and Civil Appeal Nos. 7949-7950 of 2014. Leave as prayed for is granted. Contempt petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such. 2.

In view of the disposal of main contempt petition, civil applications taken out in this contempt petition, do not survive and same are accordingly disposed of.
