By the impugned order, the learned Single Judge has confirmed the order of the Authorities by which the challenge made by the appellant to the No Confidence Motion passed against him was rejected. The appellant was elected as a Sarpanch of a Gram Panchayat. The motion of No Confidence was passed on avk 1/2

2-LPA-323-2009.doc 7th February 2009. The term of the Gram Panchayat must have expired long back.

Hence, the issue in the appeal has become academic. Accordingly, the LPA does not survive and the same is disposed of.
