These petitions arise in common background. The petitioner has challenged three separate orders passed by the State Information Commission imposing penalty of Rs. 25,000/- each on the petitioner for delayed supply of documents to respondent No. 4. It is stated at bar that such documents were duly supplied, however, there was some delay in the process due to which the impugned orders came

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that at the relevant time, the petitioner was holding additional charge as Public Information OfÏcer. Due to overload of work, he could not supply the documents in time. He, however, tendered apology to the Court.

Considering the facts on record, we spare the cost imposed on the petitioner. We record that respondent No. 4 though served, no one appeared for him. Under these circumstances, the impugned orders dated 24.11.2017, 01.03.2018 as well as 01.06.2018 are set aside. 4.
