Learned Counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks liberty to withdraw this petition and states that in case the petitioner files an application for seeking permission for recognition or for no objection to start additional two divisions with 60 intake each in 3 year L.L.B. course from the current academic year, respondent no.1 be directed to consider the said application and respondent no.2 be directed to consider grant of affiliation to the recognition granted by respondent no.1.

Writ Petition is disposed of as withdrawn. No order as to costs. It is made clear that if the petitioner makes such an application for such recognition and affiliation, respondents no. 1 and 2 shall consider the said application in accordance with law and on its own merits.
