On instructions Mr Shukla for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Petition. The Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a suitable application for enhancement with supporting material before the Appellate Bench of the Small Causes Court. The Appellate Bench will consider that application on merits uninfluenced by its previous order fixing interim compensation at Rs.3,000/- per month. I clarify that I have expressed no opinion on the merits of the case.
