The Court of the Metropolitan Magistrate, Bhoiwada, Dadar dismissed the private complaint filed by the Respondent No. 1-Society. There is a revision filed by Society before the Court of Additional Sessions Judge, Greater Mumbai and remanded the matter to the trial Court as per order dated 24/04/2019, page no. 256. This order is challenged by the accused persons.
