Heard learned counsel for the Applicants.

The learned counsel for the Applicants submit that learned Registrar Judicial-II by order dated 13 June 2019 had directed the Applicants to remove office objection. The Applicants could not remove the office objection within stipulated time. Hence, First Appeal is dismissed. 3.

The learned counsel further submit that due to oversight he could not remove the office objection within reasonable time. If Appeal is not restored the Claimants would suffer, hence requested to allow the Application. N.S. Kamble page 1 of 2

Considering the submission of learned counsel for the Applicants and the reasons mentioned in the Application, the order passed by the Registrar Judicial-II dated 13 June 2019 is quashed and set aside. The Appeal is restored. 5.

The Applicants to remove office objections within four weeks.
