1] Learned counsel for the Appellant submits that the entire decreetal amount will be deposited in the tribunal within four weeks from today.

2] In view thereof, the stay is granted to the execution of the award till decision of the appeal, subject to condition of the Appellant's depositing the entire compensation amount within four weeks from today.

3] In case of failure of the Appellant to deposit the amount within stipulated period, the stay shall automatically stand vacated without further reference to this Court.

4] The Civil Application stands disposed off.

5] The amount of Rs.25,000/- deposited in this Court be transferred to the concerned Tribunal.
