By order dated 21st December 2023, this Court had directed the appellant to file requisite number of decree forms on or before the next date i.e. on 22nd February 2024. On 22nd December 2024 again order came to be passed granting eight weeks time to the appellant, by way of last chance for filing private paper-book and decree forms. However, till today decree forms are not submitted, no private paperbook is filed. It seems that the appellant is not interested in prosecuting the appeal. There is continuing default on part of the appellant, this Court is constrained to dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution. The appeal is thus disposed of.
