Though served none present for the non-applicant. 2.

Transfer of proceedings is sought on the ground of hardship. 3.

Parties got married at Nashik on 28th June, 2018. Both the spouses are working and it is claimed that the applicant/wife is made to travel to attend the proceedings which are pending on the file of Family Court, Pune. That being so, the applicant will suffer hardship. 4.

Since the contentions are not controverted and considering the distance between the two places, in my opinion, the issue of hardship has to be considered in favour of the applicant. 5.

That being so, application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 14(a).
