Though the petitioner was aggrieved by the order annexed at Exhibit-B to the petition but did not challenge the same in view of the fact that Full Bench decision of this Court referred in paragraph-2 of the petition protected past service rendered by the petitioner notwithstanding the caste certificate issued to the petitioner was cancelled by Exhibit-B. Counsel for the petitioner informs that the Full Bench decision of this Court has since been set aside by the Supreme Court. The petitioner, therefore, intends to file a petition challenging Exhibit-B. Granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge Exhibit-B, instant petition is disposed of as infructuous. N.M.JAMDAR, J.
