Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and Respondent. 2.

Both of the learned counsel, on instructions, submit that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties and, accordingly, along with the Consent Terms, the affidavit has been filed before the Family Court in the pending proceedings. In view thereof, the Petitioner does not want to proceed with this Petition. Hence, the Petition stands disposed off for want of prosecution. 1/2 WP-12627-16.doc

It is further submitted by learned counsel for the Petitioner that, as per the order passed by this Court, the Petitioner has deposited the amount of Rs.50,000/- by Pay Order No.002052 dated 26th February 2016 and in view of the Consent Terms, the Petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the said amount. 4.

Learned counsel for the Respondent fairly concedes that he has no objection for withdrawal of the said amount by the Petitioner, as the Respondent has received the lump-sum amount, as per the Consent Terms.
