This Criminal Application No.51 of 2016 in Criminal PIL No.6 of 2016 can be conveniently disposed of by allowing the applicant/petitioner to move the Competent Criminal Court and bringing to its notice the acts of omission and commission attributed to the concerned authorities, including the committing of alleged forgery. In the event such issues and acts are highlighted in a criminal complaint, we have no doubt in our mind that the Magistrate will take such steps as are permissible in law. The application is disposed of, particularly even because the criminal PIL is already disposed of.
