Learned A.P.P. fairly states that the role attributed to the minor applicant in C.R.No.695 of 2022, registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station, is very limited. He is accused of holding an iron rod, but he is not the author of the injuries, which resulted in invocation of Sections 323 and 326 of I.P.C. Accepting the aforesaid statement, let the applicant report to the Investigating Offcer and render his co-operation in the investigation.

Hence, the following order.

(a) Application is allowed.

(b) In the event of arrest in connection with C.R.No.695 of 2022 registered with Shivaji Nagar Police Station, applicant-Mohd.Avesh Qayum Alam Shaikh shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. Bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. (c) The applicant shall report to the concerned police station on 28th and 29th September, 2022 at 4.00 p.m. and, thereafter, as and when called for. (d) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Offcer and shall not tamper with evidence.
