Heard. By this Writ Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner seeks to challenge the order passed by both the courts below rejecting his Application for injunction restraining the Respondent from disturbing possession and putting the compound wall to the suit premises. As there are concurrent findings of facts by both the courts below and as Regular Civil Suit No. 72/2013 filed by the Petitioner for injunction is pending for hearing, the petition can be disposed of with direction to the Trial Court to decide the said suit as early as possible.

Hence, following order is passed.

The Writ Petition stands dismissed.
