Rule. By consent, Rule is made returnable forthwith. 3.

The grievance of the petitioner in this petition is relating to cutting of his remission. The learned APP has produced a communication sent by the Superintendent of Yerawada Central Prison, Pune. The said communication is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. The communication shows that the petitioner has completed the period of his imprisonment and he has been released from prison on 30.7.2016. In this view of the matter, nothing survives in the present petition. Hence, Rule is discharged.
