The above Writ Petition is filed seeking the following reliefs: a) Rule be issued and record and proceeding be called; for; b) That this Hon'ble Court may be issue appropriate Writ/ Direction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India and directing to the Respondent No. 1 to hear and decide the pending proposal dated 27.09.2012 and pending proposal dated 09.06.2014 forwarded by the Ld. Collector, Sangli to the Ld. Secretory, Revenue Dept. Mantralaya for deciding/ taking decision in respect of Survey No. 9/ 3 situate at Ashta Dist. Sangli total admeasuring 01 H. 28 R. as early as possible; FEBRUARY 07, 2024 Laxmi

Mr. Patel, the learned Addl.G.P appearing for all the Respondents, on instructions, has stated that the pending proposals dated 27th September, 2012 and 9th June, 2014 shall be decided within a period of six weeks from today and the said decision will be communicated to the Petitioner. 3.

Once this is the statement made by Mr. Patel, we dispose of the above Writ Petition by directing that the pending proposals dated 27th September, 2012 and 9th June, 2014 shall be decided by the concerned authority within a period of six weeks from today and the decision of the same shall be communicated immediately thereafter to the Petitioner. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.

Though we have disposed of the above Writ Petition, we place the same on board for reporting compliance on 21st March, 2024. 6.
